Please include your full name, mailing address, email address, occupation, and employer in the envelope. By donating via check, 100% of the proceeds will go toward Michele's campaign!
Please note that if checks are sent to the campaign address in Goleta, they will have to be forwarded to the treasurer in Irvine, so it is best to send them directly to the Irvine address.
